For the environment you need to contact either Francine or Anna of Paradise Organics Bedding D.B.A. Anna & Daughter, Inc. at 508-762-8919 before returning any product. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangements 

Returned items will be refunded minus a $25.00 restocking fee.
